Bresaole Pini, a brand founded in 1982 as continuation of the old
tradition of butchering and charcuterie which for generations was and still is
among the points of strength in Valtellina’s industrial sector.
Set in the green of the upper part of the valley, the head-office in Grosotto,
thanks to two enlargement phases, currently covers 15,000 sqm and it contains 95
cold rooms for the storage, maturation and preservation of our products.
Bresaole Pini, employing 90 workers with an undeterminated time contract, is
specialized in the production of breseaole (both made with bovine and horse meat),
seasoning weekly about 28,000 pieces.
The sensibility towards the highly competitive market and the continuous
research aimed at reaching high quality standards have led the firm to
specialize in the production of I.G.P. bresaola.
Since February 2003, we have also specialized into the production of ATM
envelopes, setting up two white chambers thus attaining considerable results
both at qualitative and quantitative level.
In the last few years we have also focused our interest in the production of
products for the industry (slicing in particular) and today we can count among
our clients important national and international societies.
Bresaole Pini represents around 23% of the global in the bresaole sector and it
close the year 2006 with a billing of around 58.50 million Euros.
